About The Yeatman

The Yeatman hotel is the property of The Fladgate Partnership, a family based management group. Its principal business, the production and marketing of premium Port Wine, was established over three centuries ago in 1692.

The group is the owner of three of the most famous Port brands and some of the finest vineyard estates in the Douro Valley. The Fladgate Partnership also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. In the mid-1990’s it opened the first world class hotel in the Douro Valley, a Relais & Châteaux property which helped establish the Port vineyard region as a destination for luxury wine tourism.

The Fladgate Partnership’s subsidiary Três Séculos operates a high quality restaurant and banqueting service. The group’s expertise in fine wine production and luxury hotel management now combine to establish The Yeatman as one of the world’s leading wine hotels.
