Food and wine will be an essential part of The Yeatman experience.

One of the world’s leading wine hotels, The Yeatman will offer guests an extensive portfolio of Portuguese wines, including of course Port, as well as a varied and comprehensive selection from the classic vineyards of Europe and New World.

The Yeatman aims to be the destination of choice, not only for the wine lover, but also for the gourmand and epicure.

In the classic comfort of The Yeatman restaurant, guests will experience inspired cuisine with the accent on fresh local produce and on the imaginative pairing of food and wine. The pool lounge will provide a relaxed contemporary ambience in which to enjoy a healthy light meal or gourmet snack while taking in the spectacular panorama of the city. Light dishes and sandwiches are also served in Dick’s Bar with its wide choice of cocktails, wines and Ports.

A number of private dining options will be available. A romantic al fresco meal can be served on a guest’s own private terrace. An exclusive private dining room evoking the atmosphere of a wine cellar will provide a memorable setting for an intimate dinner or reception.

Smoking will not be allowed in the public areas of the hotel with the exception of The Study, a comfortable and relaxing environment fitted with state-of-the-art ventilation where guests may smoke while browsing through a collection of books on subjects such as wine and local history.
