The Menin Wine Company is a company of two brands, Menin Douro Estates in the region of Cima Corgo and H.O Wines in the region of Baixo Corgo, which was born from a dream: to produce great Douro wines and distribute them around the world.
It is an ambitious project of Rubens Menin and Cristiano Gomes for the wine development focused on the Douro region with the goal of creating, in the medium term, a portfolio of excellent DOC Douro wines that includes red and white wines, but also Port wines. This project has 140 Ha of vineyards, 90 Ha belong to Menin Douro Estates, of which 11 Ha are vineyards planted more than 100 years ago with 54 identified varieties. At H.O Wines there are 50 Ha of vineyards where 10 Ha are old vines over 100 years old.
