Spa Policies

Reservations can be made directly with the Spa by telephone.  Please reserve your treatment as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly when booking multiple treatments or packages.

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your treatment begins. This allows you to relax and enjoy the facilities of our tranquil and luxurious spa environment.  We regret that treatment times cannot be extended when guests arrive late.

It is advisable to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatment.  Cancellations may be made up until 24 hours prior to the treatment.

The Yeatman Spa vouchers make very special and unique gifts. Vouchers are available for specific treatments and programmes. Alternatively there are vouchers of various values that can be used in part or full payment for any chosen Spa service. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Vinothérapie® Spa by Caudalie at The Yeatman cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.  Please avoid bringing valuables with you.

 

We have treatments specially designed for expectant mothers and we will be delighted to help you select suitable treatments. 

The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 16. Please indicate age and gender when reserving Spa treatments for those 18 and under.
