In addition to full use of the wellbeing areas of the Spa the Premium Spa Day Retreat offers a Water Relax lesson of 40 minutes in the indoor swimming pool followed by a 50 minute body massage. Water Relax combines the soothing and relaxing benefits of water with light exercise and rhythmic movements. The purpose of those movements is to accompany your breathing as well as promote relaxation and subsequent regeneration of mind and body.
