Water Relax | Private Lessons
A 40 minute light exercise lesson in the indoor swimming pool. Take advantage of the relaxing benefits of water, combining gentle exercise to leave you feeling refreshed.
A 50 minute lesson with simple exercises and stretching to strengthen muscles, improving posture and coordination whilst relieving stress and tension.
Body & Mind
A lesson of 40 minutes which combines yoga and pilates with stretching techniques. With a meditation period at the end of every lesson, this lesson is perfect for complete body and mind relaxation.
ABT (Abdominals, Buttocks, Thighs) | Group Lessons
Increase your fat-burning capacity and create good muscle tone in your abdominals, buttocks and legs at our ABT lessons. Duration: 40 minutes.
Personal Trainer | Individual Classes
Join an individual gym class and reach the desired results with specific monitoring by our personal trainer. Duration: 50 minutes.
