Cancellation Policies
Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 2 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night stay will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
Cancellation policy from 12th to 15th February 2021 (inclusive) and 1st to 3rd April 2021 (inclusive):
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 14 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night stay will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
The Programme is valid from:
5th January 2021 to 31st March 2022, inclusive.
The Programme is not valid on the following dates:
