Superior Deluxe or Suite Deluxe with panoramic views over the Douro River and the historic city of Porto.
20% price reduction not applicable on the following treatments: "Rituals and Monthly Special Programme”.
In some periods, due to special events in the hotel, dinner may exceptionally be served in Dick's Bar & Bistro.

Special services included are highly recommended to be booked in advance (minimum 7 days) in order to guarantee availability (i.e. dinner, guided tour at Quinta da Roêda, lunch and boat trip).

The above rates are inclusive of VAT and the Experience is subject to limited room & rate availability and modifications without prior notice.

A city tax of 2,50€ will be charged per person per night at check-out.

Children

One extra bed or cot per Superior Deluxe Room (up to one child) and two extra beds or two cots per Suite Deluxe (up to two children).

For 5 to 12 year old children, a supplement of 103€ per child and per night will be charged.

Children's supplements include the listed services, but are not automatically calculated at the time of booking - upon prior notice, they will be reserved and added to your invoice at Check-Out.

Kids Club (unsupervised) and Babysitting service available, subject to availability and advanced booking.

Cancellation Policy

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival.

Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 20 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 20 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure
