The ‘Family Aboard’ package was created to offer a different style experience for families, including cultural and leisure activities for the whole family.

On arrival at The Yeatman, luxury wine hotel, in the heart of the historic centre of Vila Nova de Gaia, you will enjoy a welcome drink in Dick’s Bar & Bistro, as well as full use of the outdoor swimming pool with its incredible views over the city of Porto and the river Douro.

On board the comfort and privacy of a luxury yacht, enjoy a guided experience through historic Porto, passing underneath the six bridges and admiring the contrast between the neighbouring inland areas, with their manor houses and Baroque-style buildings, and the elegant Foz, where the river meets the Atlantic Ocean.

Accompanied by Portuguese tapas and a selection of DOC Douro or sparkling wines served on board, this exclusive experience perfectly complements your stay at The Yeatman.

Rates vary according to the time of year, day of the week, and room category.
Please check availability by selecting your arrival and departure dates to obtain information on available room types and the final price of this experience.
We recommend that the special services included in the programme are booked in advance (minimum of 7 days) to ensure availability. Time slots for the onboard experience are available between 10:00–14:00 or 14:30–18:30.
Rates include VAT at the legal rate in force.
This experience is subject to rate and room availability and may be changed without prior notice.
A city tax of 2,50€ per night, per guest, will be charged at check-out.
Reservations of more than 9 rooms may be subject to special conditions and additional charges.

Children

Superior Deluxe: Maximum of one child (one extra bed or one cot) per room.
Deluxe Suite: Maximum of two children (two extra beds or two cots) per room.
For children aged 5 to 12 inclusive, a supplement of 102€ per child, per night will apply.

Children’s supplements include the services outlined in the Experience but are not automatically calculated at the time of booking. Upon prior request, they will be arranged and added to your bill at check-out.

Kids Club (unsupervised) and babysitting services are available, subject to availability and prior booking.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival.

Cancellations and amendments are free of charge until 18:00 (Lisbon time), 20 days prior to the arrival date.

A non-refundable prepayment equivalent to the first night will be charged within the 20 days prior to arrival.
