Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policy in December 2025:
Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 3 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 3 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
Cancellation policy in November 2025:
Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 5 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 5 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
Cancellation policy from January to March, November and December 2026/2027:
Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival.
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 7 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 7 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival.
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 20 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night stay will be charged during the 20 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
The Experience is valid:Until 30th December 2027, inclusive.
The Experience is not valid on the following dates:
