Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policy in November and December 2023: Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 7 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night's stay will be charged during the 7 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
Cancellation policy in January, February* and December 2024/2025: Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival. Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 3 days prior to the date of arrival. A penalty of the 1st night stay will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
